Risk Management

Our risk management consultants assist the commercial, government and private sector clients with developing and implementing comprehensive security risk management strategies to mitigate the risk to people, assets and information. With the support of our security experts, we review the risks faced by each client on an individual basis according to their areas of operations and the specific threat levels their industry or market may face.

Our risk management services include security audits, security reviews and business contingency planning – our risk management consultants have the capability to assist organisations with the response to any emergency or critical incident from natural disasters to attempted extortion.

When the threat to business is particularly acute, The Neill Group deploys specialist security teams and licensed private investigators inside our client’s operations to manage any risk, anywhere, at anytime.

Business Contingency Planning

Our philosophy is that no two clients or organisations are alike and that a number of issues including the nature of their business, profile of their employees and the geographical spread of their assets can uniquely determine their level of threat and risk exposure.

Business continuity management is complimentary to a wider risk management framework, it is a holistic management process that identifies the potential impacts of a wide variety of disruptions to an organisations ability to function, allowing the organisation to tolerate the loss of part or all of its operational capability.

There are many risks to which a business or organisation’s operation may be exposed, they often vary depending on the nature of their business, geography, demographics and the physical and operational risk mitigation processes currently in place. Designing, implementing and managing a solid business continuity plan assists clients to prevent these interruptions becoming critical issues.
